These terms and conditions are an agreement between us (Latch Lactation Consulting) and you the client.
This agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the services offered by Latch.

Services
We offer lactation consultation services to individuals and families seeking support and guidance on breastfeeding and lactation. The services offered include, but are not limited to, in person consultations, virtual & phone consultations.

Eligibility
Our services are intended for the parent / baby dyad & individuals who are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed/chestfeed.
By using our services you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Fees and Payments
Lactation consultation services are offered at a fee. These fees for services will be clearly outlined on our website and or provided to you upon request. Payment must be made in full prior to the consultation.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will provide a refund or credit if you wish to have future consultation.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our services to harm, threaten, or harass any individual or group.
