Postpartum Products You Will Want to Have ! & Some You Won't!

latchvictoria

I was fully prepared to not be fully prepared for this whole postpartum experience. And boy was I right! So many things once you're in it do you realize you need, or could be better. And then there's the things you find really helpful and are thankful for!

So, with that being said. I have created a list with what I would purchase for myself again if I was postpartum. Products are linked, these links are commissionable which means that if you purchase something from my link here I do make a small percentage of the purchase price. This allows me to continue taking the time to provide you all with free content both on here and on social media. Let me know if you find this helpful!

For Your Yoni

Depends: Loved these and found them so comfy especially for nighttime without risking ruining my own underwear which I saved for wearing outside the house. I bled a lot and also ended up with a rare postpartum hemorrhage 8 days postpartum. I ended up digging them out from storage again when my menstrual cycle came back as it was really heavy!

I did look into the FridaMom postpartum underwear however I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much at the time so I can't speak for them. I have heard really great things though!

Pads: Having three different absorbencies I found to be really helpful for all the stages of healing. I can't recommend a cotton pad enough! They allow your skin to breathe while keeping you dry. They also made great DIY Padsicles which I will do another post on.

Here are the links to the pads I used!

Knix: Now, when I discovered how amazing Knix was I regretted not purchasing their leakproof products for postpartum. I do use them for my periods now and they have never failed me, they're comfortable and fit specifically to your body shape after a few wears.

The links below is for some of my go to Knix products for postpartum
